+ What does my ticket include?

Each ticket guarantees entry into the venue to view all matches of the day. Fans will have the ability to choose from a variety of seat options and standing room options, including a limited number of premium options. All tickets have a unique bar code that will be scanned upon entering the venue.

+ Where are LA Valiant home matches being held?

All matches will be held during at The Novo at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles. Located at 800 W Olympic Blvd a335, Los Angeles, CA 90015

+ Where can I park?

There are many alternative forms of transportation to The Novo events, including Metro Rail and Metro Buses, which frequently stop near The Novo. If you're coming to The Novo by train, Metro Rail Pico Station is only a block away from The Novo. To find the route that's best for you, use the Trip Planner on www.metro.net.

Parking lots controlled by The Novo open 2 1/2 hours prior to events and remain open one hour after the event's conclusion. Parking rates vary and are subject to change. The Novo, Microsoft Theater, STAPLES Center, L.A. LIVE and their respective affiliates, owners, tenants and contractors do not endorse or control parking rates or policies at non-company owned or operated parking locations. Prepaid parking is available when you purchase your ticket at AXS.com. Save time, know where you will park before leaving home and plan your route to The Novo by purchasing prepaid parking when you buy your tickets. MEET & GREET UPGRADE INFO

 

+ Where’s my ticket for the Meet & Greet?

Upon arrival at The Novo, proceed to the 3rd floor patio area outside of the main entrance to The Novo. Your swag bag, meet & greet upgrade laminate, foam finger, and exclusive poster will be waiting for you. Please note, your Meet & Greet upgrade does NOT include a ticket to the event. You must purchase a ticket to the event to enter The Novo on Saturday or Sunday. This is an upgrade only.

+ When can I pick up my swag bag and Meet & Greet laminate?

You can only pick up your swag bag on the designated day of your Meet & Greet. Saturday Meet & Greet Upgrade items will only be distributed on Saturday. Sunday Meet & Greet Upgrade items will only be distributed on Sunday. The pickup location for your Meet & Greet will be on the 3rd floor patio area outside The Novo. You can pickup your Meet & Greet laminate and swag bag at any time after doors open on the day of your Meet & Greet.

+ Is the Meet & Greet held at The Novo?

Yes, both day's Meet & Greets will take place at The Novo/ Meet & Greets will be held in The Novo 45 minutes to 1 hour after completion of the final match each day. Meet & Greets with all the teams will occur at this time. Please stay in the venue after the conclusion of the final match and we will make an announcement for further instruction.

+ What can I get signed?

Fans will be provided 1 item to get signed and may have 1 personal item signed as well. No additional items will be signed.

+ Can I pay for additional items to be signed?

Due to time constraints, only the two items mentioned above will be approved for signing.

+ Can I attend the Meet & Greet on both days?

It is one autograph session per Meet & Greet Upgrade. To attend both days, you must purchase a Meet & Greet Upgrade for each day.

+ Can I take pictures?

Pictures and a selfie are permitted as long as it does not slow the queue line. Please have your phone/camera out and ready.

+ Not permitted

Hugging or group selfies with players, requesting personalized videos or audio recordings are not permitted.
